Avoid caffeine-containing drinks and heavy, spicy, or large meals close to bedtime, as they can disrupt sleep and digestion.



4:Stressful Activities:

Try to avoid engaging in stressful or emotionally charged activities before bed. Practice relaxation techniques instead.



5:Excessive Liquids:

Minimize your intake of liquids in the evening to prevent waking up for bathroom trips during the night.
