5 things you should avoid before sleeping 😴

  Certainly, here are five things to avoid before going to bed for a better night's sleep: 1: Electronic screen: Avoid phones, tablets, and computers at least an hour before bedtime as the blue light emitted can interfere with your sleep cycle. 2:Strenuous Exercise:  While regular exercise is beneficial, intense workouts too close to bedtime can make it difficult to fall asleep. 3: Caffeine and Heavy Meals: Avoid caffeine-containing drinks and heavy, spicy, or large meals close to bedtime, as they can disrupt sleep and digestion. 4: Stressful Activities: Try to avoid engaging in stressful or emotionally charged activities before bed. Practice relaxation techniques instead. 5:Excessive Liquids : Minimize your intake of liquids in the evening to prevent waking up for bathroom trips during the night.             It will get you goodnight
